Bridget King founded Bridget King Jewelry in 2003 in San Francisco with a simple belief: jewelry should be elegant, versatile, and effortless to wear every day.

Her love of jewelry began in Los Angeles when, as a student, she could not afford a pair of earrings she admired. Instead of accepting that it was out of reach, she gathered beads and an old pair of tweezers and made her own. In that moment, she realized she was capable of creating something beautiful herself. What started as a simple solution became a turning point. Jewelry became not only a creative outlet, but a path toward building something of her own and creating financial independence. By nineteen, her designs were already stocked in boutiques throughout California.

After graduating, Bridget built a career in ready-to-wear fashion that allowed her to travel extensively. Experiencing different cultures, aesthetics, and ways of dressing deeply shaped her perspective and inspired the designs of her earliest collections.

After starting a family, she returned to her first love and officially launched Bridget King Jewelry in 2003. The collections resonated immediately, earning international stockists including Lane Crawford, Harvey Nichols, and Henri Bendel, along with admirers such as Nicole Kidman.

Today, versatility remains at the heart of every design. Each piece is created to layer, mix, and transition seamlessly from day to night, becoming part of the woman who wears it.
