We want you to be happy with your Bridget King Jewelry purchase. If for any reason, you need to return your purchase, you may do so within 7 days from the date you received your order. Returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items purchased on bridgetkingjewelry.com and in the original packaging (Bridget King Jewelry box and/or pouch)
Engraved/personalized items are non-returnable.
All shipping and insurance charges (inclusive of shipping and insurance to the customer as well as shipping and insurance for the return) are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is also responsible for any and all shipping charges on any lost, damaged or undeliverable packages. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it for damages. If approved, we will refund the original payment method minus all shipping charges and insurances. Click here to start the return process.
